The future means continuing where, black or white, we are all Australians and equal. We move forward with one voice, continuing to address the inequities of the past for Indigenous brothers & sisters. The boil of divisiveness that emerged has been lanced. That puss will flow away with time. We will heal as we continue to be one. The term “Abo” will be revered; the derisiveness expunged with well-deserved respect.
